Cauliflower and Zucchini latkes

Here is my ( low carb) latkes recipe .it is a great replacement for potatoes on a banting diet .
grate with a Grater 2 cups of Zucchini 2 cups of cauliflower .
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 cup grated parmigiana cheese .
2 eggs .
salt , pepper ,cumin, garlic powder .
with a towel squish the juice out of the zucchini and the cauliflower .
now mix all together .
fry in a hot pan .
