Love blue cheese and Franks - this sounds and looks excellent!

X2 - blue cheese adds that extra sharp zip that makes any dip mouth watering

X3!  ;)

Off to the store for some more blue cheese and hot sauce.  I can imagine what this would taste like on top a burger with some bacon.

That sounds great! I wish I had some leftovers to try it. Someone on another forum suggested using it as a pizza topping. Yum!
