Best BBQ in Northern Virginia 2013 & 2014

They said it could not be done. No, really they said "It's never been done before and can't be done" when I asked if anyone had ever Won the Championship Twice in a Row.

I entered last year thinking it was like other BBQ Contest and it was not it was all Restaurants except for my SMOKE'N Hot Wife and I. With help from lots of friends and of course we wound up Winning the Championship last Fall 2013.

For some reason they wanted to run the contest in the Spring of 2014 and asked I wanted back in for another chance. I like to compete if you know me and I like it when someone tells me I can't. I also like overwhelming odds.

We Won our First Round and made it to the Championship Round with 4 Restuarants/Franchises. They had a total of almost 500 Locations between them and I don't even have ONE. Sound fair to me!

We made some amazing Carolina Pulled Pork and some Pulled Smoked Chicken. And when the smoke cleared we were the clear Winner. WOW!
Victory is The Lord's!

I'm waiting on the new Award but I have seem a Proof of it and it should be here any day.

I'm pretty proud of this and I know my Wife and Friends are too.

Sorry but I had to share.
