Oh well its all gone now. Had one last bag of bacon ends left so lunch/brunch they became.

I know how you feel. I have an 11lb belly in the freezer and I am off next week. I want to cure it for 7-10 days so I was counting back and I will have to pull it Monday and clean and start my soak Wednesday etc..

Waiting till it cools down a little bit before doing bacon. I like smoking it i the fall. I try to do enough to last all winter. Not sure this year with the high prices on pork bellies though.
