This looks sooooo good, Ms Hickory just picked up a chuck roast @ Costco and a request to do it just like yours.  No guarantees, but I will try. ;) :-\

I just put on a 2.6lb chuckie..135º for 48 hours..cross your finners..my 1st chuckie in SV. I had to look up the directions. Seasoned with s&p, gahhlick and Tee's Savor.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
