So after a long wait it is finally here! Let's get started with my review. The first part will not include a pizza cook. I will add a pizza cook later today.
The delivery box...
All package pretty tightly...
Assembly blueprint. I was able to follow it pretty easily. I do good with pictures...
Oh no dreaded laser film...
The aluminum baking steel...
Two pizza peels. Comes with one but I got two for being a pre-order...
Everything found packed inside...
Really shiny interior. Not for long...
Parts...
Inner wall...
Chimney and extension in case you need more draft...
After removing the annoying laser film. Had flashbacks to when my Memphis was delivered...
All the fasteners and tools needed for assembly...
First installed the legs bracket...
Now the leg...
Repeat 3 more times...
Interior wall slides in...
Then attaches inside with a small bolt on top...
Picture of chimney port. The interior wall covers it partially...
Interior wall installed...
Hopper tube installed. It is adjustable in height so it can be placed just above the pellet hopper. And yes I now noticed the hopper is installed upside down...
You can see it is just above the upside down hopper...
The chimney locks into place by rotation...
Backing plate installed onto pizza steel. Keeps pellets off...
Pizza steel installed. The gap between the floor and the steel allows for heat retention by acting as another interior wall and heat to travel between the floor and steel...
Hopper cover with built-in scoop. Just had to install the wooden handle with a wood screw. I like the scoop. Very easy to load pellets with...
Slides right in...
Backing plate installed to door panel...
Then the handle attaches...
And there she is. She is a beauty...
With exhaust extension!
Hold off posting I am making the test fire part now. Just a few minutes...
