hikerman and I had the same fish taco dinner

I had bought these a long time ago and thought I should use them
Putting Taco wraps in dishes

Baked for 10 minutes at 375 and then cooled

Made pickled onions with a cup of Apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbs sugar and  2 Tbs red wine vinegar

Marinated Basa fish with lime, chili powder, garlic and olive oil

Crushed up some nacho chips for the breading

Finely sliced red cabbage and added cherry tomatoes and made a dressing out of
1/3 cup Salsa....2/3 cup French dressing....1 cup Ranch dressing. Weird but actually tastes good.

Fried the nacho breaded fish in the cast iron and then cut into 2 inch pieces

Mixed some dressing into the cabbage and layered some cabbage in the bottom of the shells and then some fish
then cabbage and fish again and then topped with more dressing, some cilantro and the pickled onions and the crumbs
from the fry pan.

The nice thing about these are, when you're done you eat the dishes.

"Vegetarian" is an old Indian word for bad hunter.
