SCA REP and Certified Judges Class!!!!

For those interested in becoming a certified judge, we will be having a certified judges class on November 15th in Bedford, TX.   Things are starting to blow up and we feel we will be in 12-15 states next year, many opportunities to judge and taste some of the best steaks in the world!
