Venison goulash
Wing Commander:
Today I cooked venison goulash: venison meat, a bit seasoned and seared, then roasted some onions, added minced ancho chile and red peppers, some beef broth, tomatoes, and red wine. Let it simmer for three hours and ready to eat!
