I agree!!!

I wouldn't have the patience to put together a plate like that and set it up for a great photo shoot before eating it.  I'd have to eat first and hope there is enough left over to create a plate like that.  ;)

You're welcome Tent. And another advantage is that you're seasoning your fish deeper, no need for salting before cooking.
