Salmon - Two Ways
« Reply #-1 on: September 01, 2014, 04:10:25 PM »
We were at Costco the other day (2hrs from home) anyway they had wild salmon so my wife took all they had ???

We got home and separated the filets and vac sealed all but two wife wanted one done up for our parents.

One in mustard and maple syrup.

And one Teriyaki

The mustard maple syrup were cooked on a cedar plank.

The Teriyaki was smoked and then on the the G.Gs

MAK Smoking away

Each parent got a taste of both, worked out well.

Sorry no plate as I never got a taste :(
