« Reply #-1 on: August 17, 2014, 09:05:56 AM »
Had an inching for some roast and pulled out Hubs recipe.
http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=10531.0

Beer used is made locally by these folks
http://farmery.ca

Picked up my roast actually two, if one is good two has to be better ;)
I like to post the price so folks can compare

I actually washed the meat according to the instructions. With the amount of gunk that came off I will be doing this more often ???

After two hrs of smoke into the pan and added the garlic and beer. MAK question, when I was on smoke the igniter seemed to be always on!

After the 1 hr rest.

Your plate. Hubs Roast Smoked Roast with Cauliflower and cheese sauce along with new garden potatoes.

Enjoy ;D

P.S.
My wife really enjoyed this.

Good looking chuckie.  Ever since I first cooked one like a pork butt, it has been a big hit.  My gun club loves it when I cook pulled chuck.
