I saw a report this week showing a scan of the human brain responding to sugar vs cocaine.  The reaction is very close to identical.

Same here, I might eat white bread 2-3 times a year, used to eat it daily until I found out what it does to glucose levels. 

Now I only eat <a href="http://www.daveskillerbread.com/">Dave's Killer Bread</a> at home when I do eat bread.
