Ended up waiting until last night because some of our kids were coming over. I kept the reds on ice and put them straight on the grill,
no seasonings were needed.
I made salty potatoes to go along with them and of coarse some Conecuh sausage for appetizers.
I peeled the skin back and took the meat off the bones for serving.
I gave the chickens all the scraps this morning. They sounded about like a group of pit bulls going after "a" steak.
