Today i made ricotta cheese .
it is easy and tasty .
it is for 1.gal
1. heat  milk  to 197 f
2. pour in juice of 2 lemon's
3. let it rest for 5 minutes till it forms lumps
4. pour it through a sieve
let it drain .

now you got a yummy  ricotta .

I do not like ricotta, but I can appreciate how good that looks.

Do you add any salt for taste?

i add salt only at the end if i don't use it for a sweet dish.
