Well, beside the shotgun..someone on here has a smoke gun that they put food in a ziploc bag and added the smoke to it before they cooked it. Just can't remember who it was..some one on the SOTG forum. 'ere.  Pam   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I never use liquid smoke for anything, it is just nasty to me.
