This is a really good recipe. If you haven't made sweet potatoes this way you need to try it!
It's very similar to what I use, and what I like about it is:
1) The pecan topping is excellent! So much better than marshmallows.
2) This recipe is easy to adjust to your own taste!
- I don't like it as sweet, so I only add a few Tablespoons of brown sugar, so it's less desert like.
- I like to add half a package of cream cheese, instead of the milk - YUM!
