I'm still down in Fla. with my daughter & son-in-law and we decided to go with the bounty of the sea.

Some Mahi, some Halibut, Shrimp Skewers, and Tator Tot Bombs (here's just one link for them).



Mahi & Halibut had my "go to" fish marinade: fresh squeezed lemon juice, EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic.

I went with Old Bay for the Skewers.

The tots go on first to get a little crispy.  Then the fish.  Lastly, the shrimp.

I only go for turf, but those bacon wrapped, cheese infused tator tots look delicious. All the surf food looks delicious, too, but I'll let everyone that loves food that swims help you eat it.

ya.  that's the way to go.  if you can't figure out what seafood to have......have a bunch of them.  nice cook partner.
