The traditional Christmas Eve fish dinner
« Reply #-1 on: December 26, 2014, 10:43:40 AM »
My mother-in-law started this tradition 20 odd years ago, bless her heart.

Three pounds of fish

Getting happy in the butter

Lobster, green beans, onions, cannelloni, and baked mash potato.  Let's eat.

Thanks for looking.

You almost lost me at "fish".  Glad I looked.  The lobster looks fantastic!!  THAT is more like it.  I may have to make this for my wife's birthday next month.  She always loves lobster!!

Ahhhh....lobster! My favorite treif! The best non swimming "fish" in the sea! A beautiful dinner for sure. And - maybe the best I have seen.

I would have no problem adding this to our Christmas Eve tradition meal. Not like I have one now anyway.
Love to cook and eat
