Seafood & more
« Reply #-1 on: December 26, 2014, 01:46:58 PM »
My today's Christmas meal was focussed on seafood, although I started with a game broth with marrow dumplings.

Next course was in garlic, EVOO, parsley, rosemary, salt and chili marinated kin tiger prawns, shrimps and scallops, served with a saffron-fish-sauce and broccoli.

Main course was seabass with spinach and potatos.

Dessert were in Amaretto soaked, chopped Amarettini with Orange-Mascarpone-Cream.

You got me wanting some marrow soup again.  That was one of my favourite things I tasted while I got to visit you.  And something I would have never offered
