Sous Vide Pork Loin with new Potato recipe
« Reply #-1 on: January 27, 2015, 08:59:39 PM »
Tonight’s dinner is pork loin cooked for 6 hours in the hot tub at 140 degrees.  The loin was seasoned with only
salt and pepper.  I did a quick chill on the loin then about 20 minutes before dinner I put it under the broiler for
4 minutes per side, and then let it rest under a foil tent for 10 minutes.  Served with some corn and some knock
off Fleming’s potatoes.  My wife found the recipe on Pinterest and decided to give them a shot.

The potatoes were outstanding! The loin was fork tender, juicy and had more flavor than I thought it would with
just using salt and pepper.
