It's alright to be a gourmet cook. It's bad to be a one trick pony though.

Well I got several outdoor cooking devices but indoors I do Thai, Chinese, Mexican, and since I am Italian, I do a lot of that. A bit of Portuguese. But.. That crab thing was just inspiring.

I am not sure I could ever make it though, at this house there is no such thing as left over crab.  8)
