Thanks y'all for the compliments.  Mrs. LVC, who is not a fan of steaks cooked any less than medium, loved it.   Normally when she sees that much red in beef she wants it cooked a little more, well not this baby, she raved about how tender and juicy this one turned out and ate it in all its red glory.

That is a great looking steak plated with healthy sides.

You guys are killing me here with the newfangled ways to cook wonderful looking meals with this Sous Vide method and now the PBC cooker.
Maybe time for this old man to learn new tricks.

You'll love the new tricks (aka cookers) they produce some amazing foods like no other.

Keep in mind that it is, ultimately, all about the "toys"!!  And using them, of course!
