PJ from Dorkfood will be at my steak cook off demonstrating sous vide and his controllers ,along with me  grillin and smokin savor spices bbq recipes from this forum.All u can eat appetizers til 3 and world champion steaks at 5.  It is an SCA event.  Looks like the weather just might clear up for us!  Come see us if u can!  Of course Palmy is going to be in Nashville that weekend, but we will catch up in El Dorado 2 weeks later on March 21 at 1st Annual Bikers against child abuse steak cook off.
