Hump Day Halibut
« Reply #-1 on: April 08, 2015, 07:11:33 PM »
Was at Costco and among other things grabbed some nice Halibut, here is how I did it.

Fish cut equal, then some Szedged Hot Paprka, zest of one lemon, dry Thyme and fresh ground

Sweet Taters done in the Nuke until soft and finished in the Genny. Cedar soaked for an hour then on over a low lit burner. Great smell of Cedar smoke.

On the table, drizzled with some fresh lemon juice.

That is a wonderful looking plate.  My wife does not eat fish, as a general rule.  Halibut is the exception.  She'd love that plate!
