Ooooooooh My -- I feel my blood glucose rising from looking at the picture
Last year I had the honor of judging at the American Royal. One of our entries at my table during the dessert round was a hollowed out chilled peach full of home-made peach-cinnamon ice cream. It was served in a martini glass rimmed with peach colored sugar. At the bottom of the glass, surrounding the stem, was an individual peach cobbler. I gave it great scores. All I thought was missing was a little shooter of peach schnapps
