dane, we would love to meet you on your travels. This is a very active forum in the fact that we have a bunch of us that meet up as often as we can. We just had 12 of us meet in Byron, GA a couple of weeks ago and I think at least that many or more will meet in Ohio next weekend. Next year, the Fall Gathering allows us to spend almost an entire week just visiting, cooking, eating, and enjoying each other's company in Augusta, GA. You can read all about all these past and future gatherings in the member gatherings and road trips section. Try to attend one or all of them and we look forward to meeting you.
Yea I sure will when I'm back on the east coast.lol I currently live in NM and traveling back east is rough especially when I only have one vehicle since I lost my wife's car in a flood. Some day hopefully8)

Ok every one at it again with the chicken.lol when I first put them on.

After 45 min smoking
 Smoker is turned up to 275°

So after they hit 165° I lathered on some sweet baby rays and after then cooked for another 5-8 min I drizzled more fresh orange on them and cooked or another 3-5 min and DONE!
