Yes I did. First I saw the ad for an Anova Precision Cooker with 50$ off coupon. Bought it. Then couple days later saw Amazon offering the Anova One cooker with 100$ off code. Bought 2 of them at such a great price. Then to top it off I had been reading about the Polyscience Smoking Gun and thought that would be useful to infuse some of the sous vide stuff with some good old hickory or mesquite flavoring so I bought it as well.

I think I'm done buying stuff for a while.

Pappy - the smoking gun is a small device that lets you add a bit of smoke to something in the kitchen. You put a little bit of chips into the device, light them and "shoot" the smoke into a covered or bagged container - the smoke is contained and adds some smoke flavor to whatever you are making. I've used mine for meat, fish, and cocktails - a little finicky, but works pretty well.

Both my Anova One's came in this afternoon, the Polyscience Smoking Gun came in this morning. Christmas in June!!!

Used one this afternoon and did chorizo stuffed boneless chicken breasts and a top round "London broil" with the other unit all cooked to perfection. Chicken at 162^o beef at 132^o. I shot some smoke with the Polyscience unit on the chicken before cooking, had a nice little smoke taste after cooking and searing the chicken. I shot some smoke on the beef after cooking. The wood chips/sawdust from Polyscience are outrageous, so I tried some Amazen hickory dust and it worked just as good as the Polyscience stuff, and waaay cheaper. I'm gonna enjoy my new gadgets

I don't know if this promo code is still valid - Anova One is on sale at Amazon with 100$ off coupon. Use ANOVAONE code. Reg price is 199$ with 100$ off is cheaper than the 50$ coupon on the newer version with $50 coupon

If it doesn't work, you can go right back on and cancel it.

What I've read is Amazon is sold out of the 120v Anova One's. Just for fun I went back on Amazon Tuesday and the code wasn't any good
