Fresh flounder filets
« Reply #-1 on: June 14, 2015, 10:21:51 PM »
We had some fresh filleted flounder so we added some extras and turned out a nice dinner Saturday night.
I made a relish to top the fish which turned out really good if a touch hot...I used Rotels , jalapeño relish, pineapple, cherries and cucumber.

Pretty good eats....
