Texas Rib Candy Porter-Chop Wraps
« Reply #-1 on: September 15, 2012, 02:09:27 PM »
This is something I came up with today using leftovers from my main cook I am doing tonight for dinner. They are a great light lunch or appetizer... enjoy!

Finely chopped bacon cooked in a pan...

Then on a paper towel to dry...

Mix into the bacon some Mango Habanero Texas Rib Candy...

Now for some finely cut(using cooking scissors) center loin pork chop and porterhouse meat...

Into the hot pan with a little bit of bacon fat until browned...

Now mix that with the bacon and more rib candy. Then into the fridge to chill...

Once the mix is chilled the rib candy will thicken. Now time for the wrap. Red Romaine Lettuce, meat candy, and chive & onion cream cheese...

I rolled out three of them and topped with a drizzle of Hoisin Garlic Sauce and sesame seeds...

Delicious!
