CM here are a few pics showing the Reflectix usage on my Cambro tub. It's used mainly for long cooks.It's easy on and off. And everything stores inside when done except the Celotex board that lays on top.
1st pic has a mango on Celotex to judge for size.

Gene I am going to leave mine uncovered so I can see the food cooking.

I am going to toss some plastic fish and fish tank decorations in there too  :P

I am sticking with my ugly gray stockpot - I might give it a shower cap for long cooks, but it has done well so far...
You can't catch a fish if you don't get a line wet...

A piece of aluminum foil would probably do fine for that... ;)
