Green Death Hot Sauce

8 Cowhorn peppers
8 Serrano peppers
8 Jalapeño peppers
4 Habenaro peppers
2-3 garlic cloves sliced
1 medium onion rough chopped

1) Remove stems and slice peppers into rings.
2) Saute peppers, onion and garlic for few minutes in a large pan/pot
3) Add 1 1/2 cups of water and simmer until soft
4)Place in blender blend for 3-4 minutes while streaming in 1 1/2 cups of vinegar
5) Return to pot and simmer for 25 minutes.
6) Ladle into sterilized jars and allow to cool on counter. (Hot pack)

***Changes I made***
Used 34 Jalapeño peppers only

What are "cowboy" peppers?
A cow horn pepper looks like a longhorn steer horn. Has a similar flavor of a jalapeño but just a tad bit less heat.
