Phil's Veal Cutlet Casserole!
« Reply #-1 on: October 08, 2012, 09:39:03 AM »
I am posting this for Phil LaMarche - please direct your questions and recipe requests to him. It *DOES* look wonderful!

Veal cutlets dipped in egg and then in a mixture of panko, Italian bread
crumbs and parm cheese.  Browned and put in a pool of marinara. Topped with
cheese, sauce, sauteed mushrooms and more cheese.  Baked.  Very tasty.
