Grilled Swordfish

It was pricey... $14/ pound... but worth every penny...

Marinated in OJ, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and cilantro.

Served with Sauteed sugar snap peas with carrots, shallots, thyme, garlic and ginger along with Rosemary-garlic roasted baby potatoes.
