I saw on chefsteps a recipe that i liked so i gave it a try . i like it i will do it again .
12 hours in the SV at 158 f .
3 hours in the smoker 154 f but i did it at 158 f (the lowest you get in a GMG )
brushed it every 30 minutes with 3 ribs with my bbq sauce and 3 with a mix of butter herbs and black pepper .
