I want crust...Lodge is on it's way..can't wait.  I learned on the small one, cst iron with cast iron grates..wonder what ever happened to it. I do a lot of charcoal and open fire in the summer, can't wait to do it here.  I'm ready.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

That's what I usually do, but last time I used the grill grates I got for Christmas on my Rec Tec. Takes a bit longer to get screaming hot than lighting the gasser but man was it good!
