Seems like the past year we have taken on a lot of new members. I always like to see new members. I usually read your intro posts but don’t comment very often; so welcome aboard now! I am glad to see quite a few have jumped right in there posting your cooks and photos. That’s nice since we all learn from each other.
Remember if you have a question be sure and post or PM a member, there are a lot of good people in here that are more than willing to help you. For sausage making and curing meats, TentHunter, Nepas and Tenpoint5 come to mind and I know they will help you out. I think we all know TMB is the expert on infrared cookers. If you are into sous vide there is a great section on it. For wood, charcoal or gas there are a lot of great cooks in here.
Cooking of any kind is a forever learning craft so get in there and post and we can all learn together!
