Pork tenderloin again!

I have been working on an adjustment to my rub and Bjanson was working on his. So we decided to make a cook off.

Here are some picks!









Cooked it at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or so. I mainly watch the temp not the time. I take mine off at 155 degrees and it is amazing.

It was alot of fun! The greatest fun was bjanson, his son and I taste testing the finished product. I am sorry I forgot to take pictures after we started to eat it. Hope you all enjoy the pics.
