Well , It is official.... Daddy and His "Holy Smokers" are in the competition. I pulled the trigger even though I am not sure what I will do about the equipment. I will figure it out though....
I think they refer to the alcohol consumption - they do not want this to be a Redneck BBQ I guess - no extra booze, loud music, etc. It is a family event but is held at the local Harley Davidson shop.
So far, 15 + ours is registered. They certainly need a few more just to break even with the prize money!
