That's cold, Don (but she has been uncharacteristically quiet).
Everyone is entitled to my opinion

Thanks guys..was at the campground until today. It was just a small campground contest with only 8 entries and I took 2nd. I was thrilled and couldn't have done it with out Old Dave. He makes the BEST ribs I ever ate. So I went his style. I must say I beat a couple of guys that, let's just say we don't get along. So I'm thrilled.  I did them on my copper colored Weber, indirect heat them wrapped and I have only a few pics and a trophy with a pig on it. It was fun and I was the only woman to enter. Thanks again. Art..no sausage gravy on it either..lol. The post was gone by the time I got here, just sayin.  Pam     .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Nicely done! Now you've got me curious...being a fairly new guy around here, I am not familiar with old Dave's rib making method. Please do share :)

Way to go Pam and I am proud of you even though I thought maybe there were just two entries :) I knew you could take some ribbin over ribs!!! #2 out of eight is pretty darn good!!! Old Dave does make great ribs and I still have to put up with the fact my wife thinks his are better than mine! Don
