Runnin Wide Open
« Reply #-1 on: August 01, 2016, 10:55:22 AM »
Chris (10.5) and myself competed in the Runnin Wide Open BBQ contest at the Iowa Speedway this past weekend prior to the Exfinety series race.  We really weren't feeling good about our cook so we were pleasantly surprised when we got a 2nd in pork, an 8th in ribs, and 3rd place overall out of 30 teams.  I know many of you have been asking for more info about our cooks and what not so I will bewriting a post in the near future of "A day in the life of a competition BBQ team"
