The freezer was bare.. Had to improvise

Got home from the trailer after a 3 day weekend. Not much in the way of protein to cook. Had 2 lbs of ground chuck.
Also had a jar of Graces jerk seasoning.. Added 3 big tbs to the beef
Ground up some veggie thin crackers for a binder
Mixed the meat up well with my Kitchen aid
Made some skewers
Smoked for 20 mins and finished at 400 till done
Served with butter pepper corn and peas over rice noodles
