Sous Vide Tri-Tip
« Reply #-1 on: August 08, 2016, 03:48:04 PM »
I made a Sous Vide Tri-Tip. Using my Anova it was in the bath for 8 hours at 140F. Coated with sea salt and black pepper then seared on the Cook-Air for a few minutes. Also made some ABT's on the Cook-Air too. It was perfectly cooked from end to end and sliced like butter. Served with edamame salad and mozzarella tomato salad...

She gets more tri-tip and more ABTs than you? You eat the pea-like veggies and she doesn't? What's that all about?
