The Bacon Lasagna looks very interesting. I have got to make the Bacon jam because I've got 30 lbs of Bacon in the freezer

I made some bourbon bacon marmalade yesterday to take to Paducah.  I have made this one before.  It is somewhat labor intensive, but so worth it.
