Wow. Thanks all for the encouragement. After reheating the following day the only adjustment I might make is to back off the M3 to maybe 2Tbls....Its some powerful stuff. I will reiterate what I said about adding some beans. Mashing at least half a can per pound of ground turkey breast makes a definite difference in consistency to the end product. Plus it adds some fiber as well. Who says healthy doesnt taste good?
