Mexican Chicken Soup

My mom is mexcican, she gave me her recipe. Hope its close.

Using my electric pressure cooker on the slow cooker setting. Did the chicken thighs yesterday on the grill. Tortilla slices for later on top. Thinking maybe some rice too after its slow cooked.
