For an Easy Meal Let’s Not Forget Country Ribs.
« Reply #-1 on: November 20, 2012, 10:41:28 PM »
If you ya gotta throw up some fast smoked food Country Ribs are just plain easy.
Found out this morning we would have some out of town family for dinner tonight.  Decided easy to do this spur of the moment dinner was Country Ribs.  Pick three packs of Loin Country Ribs and brined for 8 hours.

Preheated the smoker at 225.

Preheat done so in went the seasoned ribs.

Three hours at 225 degrees and they are ready to pull.

Plated to serve.

I just got it and this is first cook so, for now, it is completely stock. :(
Will be using my old reliable Franken-Traeger for Thursday's cook.

Country Ribs came great and they are just so easy to do and always impress the dinner guests. :)

Looks like you worked up a good batch, Art.  I really like these "ribs" for quick cooks, too.
