Baked Corn

2 Cups Corn, Frozen ( canned will work if you drain it well)
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons butter

Beat Eggs, add everything except butter. Melt butter in casserole dish then add other ingredients. Bake at 350F about 50 minutes until brown and firm in center.

You can find it here as well:

YUM!  I love this stuff. It's one of my favorite corn dishes. :)

If you guys have never had this before, you need to try it! It's delicious as-is baked in the oven, and even better baked off in the grill/smoker.
