i've been cooking spares and bb backs on my PBC.  it does not take 4 hours.  mine have coming off between 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours.  toothpick ready.  that reminds me.  i have to go to costco.

Not done on the PBC, but you might be able to adapt for it.
