Rogets Meat Loaf

Roget’s Meat Loaf


1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Ground Pork
2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1 Carrot
1 cup chopped Onion
¾ cup chopped Bell Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
2 Eggs
1 cup Ketchup divided
½ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 cup Milk


Sauté onion, bell pepper & carrot in oil until soft.

Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, & onion powder.

In separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, flour & ½ of the ketchup into the beef & pork.

Combine Veggies, milk/egg mixture, & meat mixture & mix thoroughly.

Press into loaf pan(s), or form into loaf.
Baste top with remaining ketchup. (Add more ketchup if you like)

Use your preferred method of cooking.
